Devil's Marbleyard - Oct. 2008
The Devil's Marbleyard is a boulder rock slide in Natural Bridge, VA. OCVT organised a short day hike to the marbleyard to climb this boulderfield. Boulders over 20ft in height and over a 100 million years old, had to be traversed to reach the top where there was a spectacular view of the mountains and valleys. The numerous routes to teach the top gave everyone a chance to race up to the top, without burning out.
